THE ROLE
70% People. 30% Credit
We want to be direct: this is a sales role. Not high-pressure, transactional sales, the kind of relationship-driven, trust-based work that comes naturally to people who are genuinely curious about others and care about outcomes.
People
Meeting healthcare professionals, building trust, attending community events, and following up leads and referrals.
Credit
Serviceability assessments, lender submissions, liaising with banks and solicitors, and supporting senior brokers on files.
